This page explains what ProofPack collects, why, and how long it is kept.
What we collect
Account details, ProofPack content (photos, video, declared defects, accessories), serial numbers (stored access-restricted, never shown in full publicly), and limited technical logs.
Why we collect it
To let you build and share a ProofPack, to let a buyer review it, and to keep an audit trail in case of a dispute.
Retention
ProofPack content is retained while your account is active. You can request export or deletion at any time from account settings.
Your rights
You can request a data export, request account deletion, or request that a public ProofPack be hidden from public view without deleting the underlying audit trail.
